Embroidered Circle in Vintage Teak Frame

Years ago, I made some embroidered brooches in these beautiful wooden frames sourced from a couple who makes them by hand (!!!).  Although I loved them, I hadn't made more after that first batch.

This round frame is the same shape as those brooch pieces I used to make but it was fun to give it this brand new twist with the vintage frame and painted background too.

I stitched the center in my favorite French Knots in one of my favorite colorways to work with - greens and oranges.

- 6" wide (outer Teak frame)

- 3.5" deep

- fully hand stitched in my favorite French knots

- keyhole on the back allows you to hang the sculpture flush, from a single nail
