I like to think of the anglers as a joyful little reminder of light, however small.
Sometimes you need to shine that little light on a chunky, little disco ball. It's just the truth. I don't make the rules, the Anglers do ;)

I stitched the center in my favorite French Knots (plus green stripes!) and used an extra chunky teak bowl to pull it all together.
The fish frames are handmade by a couple down in Florida, they're amazing and so fun to incorporate into my work. I love all the details in this piece and believe that larger size will really add a bold impact to wherever you choose to display it.
The yummy, deep shimmery green (it's even more delicious in person, trust me) background adds the best bit of depth to the piece too.
*Teak outer frame is a used, vintage piece, which means it may have signs of wear and tear that only add to the story of the overall piece.
** It's best to hang your fiber art piece in a place that doesn't get direct sun and I don't recommend touching the fibers.
