Modern Woven Plaid with Vintage Frame | Green + Yellow

This giant + bold plaid is handwoven on a vintage, galvanized metal tray. The process of working on these was so much fun - I even saved one to work on for my own home!

I was told the trays were once used for egg incubation and love that they lived an entirely different life before I discovered them.

I had a lot of fun playing with these happy colors + textures - all of which are made from felted wool which is extremely sturdy and gives the best vibrant pop from a distance.

The mix of textures and color palette adds great dimension that can fit anywhere in your home. Looks great incorporated into a gallery wall or on its own as a standout piece!

***The piece has a picture wire installed on the back for easy hanging.  Due to the wight of the piece, I do recommend either a drywall anchor for your screw/nail if you're not attaching directly into a stud on the wall.
